1 Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Logistiqoroyal:
- •Account information: Username and email address when a client account is created by an administrator.
- •Shipment data: Tracking numbers, city names, and status notes entered by administrators.
- •Session data: A temporary session cookie to keep you logged in. This is deleted when you log out or close your browser.
- •Tracking queries: When you enter a tracking number on the public track page, we look it up in our database. We do not log your IP address or search history.
2 How We Use Your Information
- •To authenticate you and display your shipments securely.
- •To show shipment location on the interactive map.
- •To maintain a history of shipment location updates.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the tracking service.
3 Third-Party Services
ShipTrack uses the following third-party services to render the interactive map:
OpenStreetMap — Map tile data is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. Your browser makes requests to tile.openstreetmap.org to display the map. See OpenStreetMap's privacy policy.
Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) — City names are converted to coordinates using the free Nominatim geocoding API. No personal data is sent — only the city name text. See Nominatim usage policy.
Tailwind CSS CDN — Stylesheet loaded from a CDN for visual styling only.
We do not use Google Maps, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks.
4 Data Security
All passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 via Werkzeug — they are never stored in plain text. Client shipment data is access-controlled: each client can only view shipments assigned to their account. Session tokens are stored in secure, server-side sessions.
5 Data Retention
Shipment history and account data are retained in the local SQLite database for as long as the service is operated. Administrators can delete client accounts and shipment records at any time through the admin panel.
6 Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your Logistiqoroyal administrator to exercise these rights.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Logistiqoroyal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
